Tournament Day Operations:

Book ALL simulators for your event & we will happily run the tournament for you! We'll cover format, rules, etc., and set up all matches & rounds, be available for player or tournament volunteer questions, set up & maintain the bracket, setup side games & educate volunteers on how to run them, help you maximize simulator time for side games, award end of tournament prizes/awards, & inform you of the final results! (Operational fee applies if not all sims are booked for the event.)

Tournament Marketing:

We'll put together a 90 day coordinated campaign to make your event a success! We'll leverage our following for you starting with an event announcement, create multiple social media posts, & send out emails to our active subscribers. Additionally, we'll add your event to our in house flyer, put together a full page digital flyer with player & sponsor sign up, prepare the tournament bracket, & have an informational pamphlet for tournament day. Over the 90 days, we'll have scheduled check-ins to ensure we have all bases covered & answer any questions you may have.
